LeBron James is never one to back down from a fight, especially when he’s taking on the Golden State Warriors. LeBron took his ball and went home after Game 7 of the NBA Finals led by Draymond Green, but now that they are both in Cleveland it appears Green has something new to prove.

The “LeBron James Reignites His Rivalry With Draymond Green, Savagely Trolls Him on Twitter: ‘Haven’t Heard From Him’” is an article about the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors. The article talks about LeBron James’ decision to re-ignite his rivalry with Draymond Green following the Warriors’ victory over the Cavs in game 3 of the 2017 NBA Finals. Read more in detail here: draymond green.

Highlights from the article:

  • Draymond Green was suspended after a brawl with LeBron James during the 2016 NBA Finals.
  • On Twitter, James trashed Green over Ohio State’s recent victory against Michigan State.
  • The talent of the Lakers and the Warriors’ early-season success might renew the rivalry.

Because of his enormous success, LeBron James has developed rivalries with a number of NBA clubs and players throughout the years. However, one of his most contentious battles was with the Golden State Warriors.

Of course, Draymond Green was a key member of those Warriors teams, so he and James had a few run-ins over the four years in which Golden State and the Cleveland Cavaliers met in the NBA Finals.

While James and Green seem to have calmed off off the court, The King (jokingly) renewed his feud with Draymond by mocking him on Twitter lately.

For four years in a row, LeBron James’ Cavs teams competed in the NBA Finals against Draymond Green’s Warriors teams.

Before Cleveland won the 2016 Finals 4-3, the Warriors won their first battle against a short-handed Cavaliers team in six games. The Warriors went on to win the following two encounters when Kevin Durant joined Green, Stephen Curry, and the rest of the team in Golden State in 2016-17.

That 2016 encounter was the most heated series between the two squads. During the regular season, the Warriors set a new record by winning 73 games, while the Cavs were seeking vengeance for losing in the Finals the year before.

The Warriors won Game 4 to go up 3-1 in the series, but Green and James got into an altercation in the fourth quarter, resulting in Green collecting his fourth flagrant foul of the playoffs and an automatic ban for Game 5.

As a result of his absence in Game 5, the Cavs won 112-97, and, as previously said, they rallied back to win the series in seven games. Who knows what might have occurred if Green hadn’t gotten into a fight with James.

Since then, Draymond and LeBron have been on James’ HBO series The Shop, and Green has even starred on the show.

The current Los Angeles Lakers star, though, humorously renewed their rivalry on Nov. 20.

On Twitter, LeBron mocked Draymond.

Most people are aware that LeBron James bypassed college and went right from high school to the NBA. However, because of his Ohio background, James is a huge Ohio State football fan. Draymond Green, on the other hand, spent four years at Michigan State as a basketball player.

According to CBS Sports, the two have made their support for the schools known in the past, even making a friendly wager on the 2015 showdown between OSU and MSU, with Green winning and receiving two cases of wine. On Nov. 20, James chose to renew his feud with Green by talking trash about the game this year.

“Can someone check in on my brother [Draymond Green] plz!” James tweeted during his No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes’ 56-7 rout of Green’s No. 7 Michigan State Spartans. He hasn’t contacted me today. (emojis laughing) [O-H] #GoBuckeyes (nut emoji).”

Green didn’t appear too pleased with the defeat, either.

“Go F***ING GREEN, darling!” (laughing emojis) He wrote, “Damn this s*** hurts hahaha.”

Overall, everything seemed to be in good spirit, as James was only teasing Green. However, the LeBron James-Warriors rivalry might resurface later this season.

This season, LeBron James’ rivalry with the Warriors might resurface.

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have had an up-and-down NBA season so far, as he has battled with injuries and his squad has struggled to gel.

With players like LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook, Carmelo Anthony, and others on its roster, everyone knows LA is as talented as anybody. As a result, by the conclusion of the season, the team should have established its chemistry and be prepared to defeat whatever opponent it confronts in the playoffs.

The Warriors, on the other hand, started the season as one of the hottest teams in the league. They’re 14-2 in the NBA, and Klay Thompson and James Wiseman have yet to return to the floor.

Because of the potential of both LA and Golden State, James’ rivalry with the Warriors might resurface in the playoffs this year. Given that it wouldn’t be in the NBA Finals, it wouldn’t be as dramatic as previous confrontations, but The King vs the Warriors is always a box office draw and may be a fascinating series to watch if we’re lucky enough to have it.
